BEAUTY: H&M Conscious beauty

NL: Eind vorig jaar verraste H&M ons plots met een beauty collectie. Om dit gamma verder aan te vullen, komt er in navolging van de kleding, nu ook een conscious beauty collectie.

Conscious wilt zeggen dat je nadenkt over hoe iets geproduceerd wordt. Deze H&M collectie kreeg Ecocert label mee. Dit wil zeggen dat de producten bijna volledig organisch en natuurlijk geproduceerd worden.

Het Conscious gamma zal aanvankelijk uit een 30-tal producten bestaan, voornamelijk lichaams- en haarverzorging. Ook de verpakking is ecologisch en bestaat uit recyclerbaar materiaal.

ENG: At the end of last year H&M surprised us with a beauty collection. To further extent this range a conscious beauty collection will be added.

Conscious means that you think about the way things are being produced. This H&M collection got the Ecocert label. This means that the products are almost completely produced organic and natural.

The Conscious range exists of 30 products, especially body- and hair care. The packaging is ecological as well and is made of recyclable material.

BEAUTY: Evagarden

NL: Een tijdje geleden was ik uitgenodigd op de opening het nieuwe beautyparadijs Chabelle in Antwerpen. Helaas kon ik er niet bij zijn omdat ik toen in Firenze zat maar veel blogger vriendinnen waren laaiend enthousiast over het make-up merk Evagarden, dat exclusief verkocht wordt bij Chabelle. Ik hoor jullie denken: "Dit merk kende ik precies nog niet?". Awel, ik ook niet! Maar met 40 jaar ervaring in de business is het zeker kwalitatief. Viermaal per kaar jaar brengt Evagarden een nieuwe collectie uit met de nieuwste trends maar wel vasthoudend aan de klassieke tradities. Moest je het merk willen uitproberen kan je altijd contact opnemen met het beautysalon Chabelle. Verder voorzien zij ook andere verzorgingen en make-up lessen.

BEAUTY: Colorful eye make-up

This season make-up looks are often completed with a colorful mascara or eyeliner. I'm the kind of person who isn't afraid to go for a daring look but I rather experiment with lipstick or eye shadow. In my opinion mascara and eyeliner are better in black. Nonetheless beauty stores are filling up with different kind of colorful products. Below you can find some inspiration and product info.

NL: Dit seizoen worden make-up looks vaak afgewerkt met een gekleurde mascara of eyeliner. Ik ben het soort van persoon dat best durft experimenteren met mijn look en dus voor gewaagde lippenstiften of oogschaduw paletten gaat. Over het algemeen vind ik dat mascara en eyeliner zwart moeten zijn. Desalniettemin liggen de make-up winkels volg met kleurrijke producten. Hieronder vind je wat inspiratie en productinfo.
