OUTFIT: Black and white

Time for a new outfit! Usually I try not to use the same piece twice in a row while doing outfit posts but in this case I had no other choice. This Saturday I did some shopping in Antwerp and while still being a bit under the flu, I wanted to be covered in a warm and cosy coat. My parka has quickly become my favourite coat.

For a long shopping trip I prefer flat shoes as well and I was bit tired of my converse sneakers so I dusted off this biker boots from Supertrash. The only new item in this outfit is the white blouse I purchased at H&M. For now check out the pics below and let me know what you think about this outfit. NL: Tijd voor een nieuwe outfit! Meestal probeer ik om niet tweemaal op rij hetzelfde kledingstuk te dragen in mijn outfit berichten maar helaas had ik deze keer geen andere keuze. Deze zaterdag ben ik gaan shoppen in Antwerpen ook al was ik nog niet 100% genezen van de griep, dus wou ik me induffelen met een warme en comfortabele jas. Deze parka is dan ook al snel mijn favoriete jas geworden.

Voor een langere uitstap prefereer ik platte schoenen maar ik was mijn Converse sneakers een beetje beu. Dus haalde ik mijn biker boots van Supertrash vanonder het stof. Het enige nieuwe item in deze outfit is de witte blouse, die ik kocht bij H&M. Voorlopig kunnen jullie de foto's hieronder al bekijken en me laten weten wat jullie vinden van deze outfit. OUTFIT: A leopard can't change its spots

Sunday afternoon and evening I had an obligatory family party / dinner on the menu. In between courses I begged my mum to take some pics outside in the back garden of my grandparents. It was so cold and very windy so we only took a few shots but I wanted to have an outfit shoot with my new Michael Kors clutch so badly. I already showed it in this shoplog. As a huge lover of Dolce & Gabbana, I'm naturally a fan of rich and royal colors. You see plenty of these in this outfit: green, purple, red,... Which is your favorite color to wear?

NL: Zondag namiddag en avond had ik een verplicht familie feestje / etentje op het menu staan. Tussen de verschillende gangen door, smeekte ik mijn mama om buiten enkele foto's te gaan trekken in de tuin van mijn grootouders. Het was erg koud en het waaide hard dus daarom heb ik helaas niet al te veel foto's. Maar ik wou jullie perse een outfit tonen met mijn nieuwe Michael Kors clutch, ik toonde de clutch al in deze shoplog Als een groter fan van Dolce & Gabbana, ben ik natuurlijk helemaal verzot op rijke en royale kleuren. OUTFIT: Morning delights

I really like to sleep long in the weekend but often my body is still on weekday mode. This was definitely the case this Saturday morning. Instead of mopping around, I got dressed and convinced my mother to shoot some pictures. Often I regret living in a small town but sometimes it has its perks as well. One of them is having a lot of picturesque and quiet places.

Eventually waking up too early turned into being one of the best outfit shoots I have ever done. I really love the result of the pictures and how my outfit turned out in combination with the background. I hope you like them as well! What did you do this weekend?

NL: Ik hou er echt van om uit te slapen in het weekend maar vaak staat mijn lichaam nog op weekmodus. En dit was zeker het geval op zaterdagochtend. In plaats van rond te hangen, besloot ik me aan te kleden en overtuigde ik mijn mama om foto's te gaan maken. Vaak vind ik het jammer om in een klein dorpje te wonen maar soms heeft het ook zo zijn voordelen. Eén van deze voordelen is dat onze gemeente vele pittoreske en rustige plaatsjes heeft.

Dus te vroeg wakker worden, draaide uiteindelijk uit in één van de beste outfit shoots die ik al gedaan heb. Ik ben echt super tevreden met het resultaat van de foto's en hoe mijn outfit samen past met de achtergrond. Ik hoop dat jullie de foto's ook erg mooi vinden! Wat hebben jullie dit weekend gedaan?

OUTFIT: Enjoying a day off

Last Thursday I took an extra day off from work to relax a bit. I spend this day with my mother, check out the pictures below to see what I wore.

OUTFIT: Dinner Date

Last May, my parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Due to different circumstances we hadn't had the chance yet to celebrate. Now everyone from our family was having some time off from work, it was the perfect opportunity to have a celebratory dinner at a restaurant in Eijsden. This is a small, Dutch town. It has still a very authentic look and this makes it very cute.

For this evening I decided to wear my new, favorite skirt from Patrizia Pepe again. I've already worn it a dozen times since I bought it on holiday in Tuscany. Do you like my outfit?

NL: Afgelopen mei vierden mijn ouders hun 25e huwelijksverjaardag. Door verschillende omstandigheden hadden we nog niet de kans gehad om dit te vieren. Nu iedereen wat verlof had, was het de perfecte gelegenheid om deze schade in te halen. We hadden een familie etentje in een restaurant in Eijsden. Dit een klein, Nederlands plaatsje. Het heeft een erg authentieke look waardoor het echt een fotogeniek dorp is.

Voor deze gelegenheid besloot ik mijn nieuwe en favoriete rok van Patrizia Pepe nog eens te dragen. Ik heb deze al talloze keren gedragen sinds ik terug ben van vakantie in Toscane. Wat vind je van mijn outfit?

OUTFIT: Take me back!

Today's outfit pictures are from my holiday in Tuscany. I have been home a week now and I have been missing Italy ever since. I can't wait for my next holiday. In this outfit I'm wearing my new Patrizia Pepe skirt. I'm totally in love with it and already did a new outfit post with it. While on holiday I unfortunately didn't have a great top to match it but I just couldn't resist wearing this skirt. Do you like it as well?

Nederlands: De foto's van deze outfit zijn getrokken tijdens mijn vakantie in Toscane. Ik ben nu een week terug thuis en ik mis Italië nu al. In deze outfit draag ik mijn nieuwe Patrizia Pepe rokje. Ik ben er helemaal verliefd op en heb er ondertussen al een nieuwe outfit post mee geschoten. Tijdens mijn vakantie had ik helaas niet het  perfecte topje bij om te matchen maar ik kon gewoon niet wachten om deze rok te dragen. Vinden jullie deze rok ook mooi?

OUTFIT: Relaxed shopping outfit

After we visited Forte di Marmi the previous night, my mom and I returned to this magnificent town to do some further shopping. I bought the most amazing skirt from Patrizia Pepe and a top from the brand Atelier Fixdesign, a brand I discovered here.  It's quite chic and sophisticated and not expensive. I will wear both outfits in future outfit posts! What do you think about my shopping outfit?

Nederlands: Nadat we Forte di Marmi de vorige avond al bezochten, gingen mijn mama en ik nog eens terug naar dit geweldige stadje om nog wat extra te shoppen. Ik kocht een geweldige rok van Patrizia Pepe en een blouse van het merk Atelier Fixdesign, een merk dat ik hier ontdekte. Het is redelijk chic en gesofisticeerd en helemaal niet duur.
