EVENT: Primark Opening Ghent

ENG: Only a few months after the opening of the Primark store in Hasselt, it was Ghent's turn to celebrate. From now onwards de Langemunt will be crowded with a lot of people looking for cheap yet qualitative clothes. At 6.20 A.M. I drove off to Ghent because the press and bloggers' preview was scheduled at 9.30. 

At the entrance we were surprised with a goodie bag which included a gift card. This gift card was of course used immediately because the store has so much to offer. This Primark is a little bit smaller than the one in Hasselt but it has a children's department in contrast to the store in Brussels. Below you see some pictures I took. Later this week I will show you what I bought although you can already spot two items in the pictures below. Can you guess which items?

NL: Slechts enkele maanden na de opening van een Primark filiaal in Hasselt, was het nu de beurt aan Gent. De Langemunt zal vanaf dagelijks bestormd worden door het grote publiek dat op zoek is naar kleding aan lage prijzen en toch degelijke kwaliteit. Om 6h20 vertrok ik richting Gent want de preview voor pers en bloggers was voorzien om 9h30. 

Aan de ingang werden we meteen verrast met een goodiebag waarin onder andere een cadeaubon zat. Deze komt natuurlijk goed van pas in een winkel met een enorm aanbod zoals Primark. De winkel is ietsjes kleiner dan Hasselt, maar je vindt er wel een kinderafdeling in tegenstelling tot het filiaal in Brussel. Hieronder vind je een kleine foto impressie. Later deze week zal ik jullie ook tonen wat ik gekocht heb, al vinden jullie al twee items terug in de foto's. Kunnen jullie raden welke?

EVENT: 10 Years Supertrash Party

Supertrash is one of my favorite brands since like forever, it was one of the first brands I dedicated a blogpost to. You can imagine I was over the moon when I received an invite to the 10 years Supertrash party in Ghent. Well let me tell you this: the party was everything I dreamt of and so much more. 

The location, the Stadsschouwburg, took you to a 16th century palace of the likes of Sissy and others. The setting was so glamorous. Upon entering the ballroom, models were lined up on both sides, wearing the F/W collection from Supertrash. A DJ was playing the hottest tunes and drinks were flowing. A lot of famous people were present such as TV personalities, singers, former misses,.. Of course it was also nice to catch up with some of my blogger friends. The cherry on the pie was of course meeting Olcay Gulsen, the designer of Supertrash. This woman is beyond elegant and I think every women on this planet dreams of being her. She was so sweet and nice. I feel so blessed that I was invited to this amazing party and still get chills thinking back about it. 

NL: Supertrash is al heel lang één van mijn favoriete merken, het was ook één van de eerste merken waar ik een blogartikel heb aan toegewijd. Je kunt je dus wel voorstellen dat ik zo in extase was toen ik mijn uitnodiging ontving voor de 10 years Supertrash party in Gent. Geloof mij: dit feestje was alles waarvan ik gedroomd heb en zoveel meer. 

De locatie, de Stadsschouwburg, neem je mee naar een 16e eeuws paleis zoals dat van Sissy. Het decor was echt glamoureus. Bij het binnenkomen van de balzaal, stonden modellen aan beide kanten die de nieuwe F/W collectie van Supertrash aanhadden. Een DJ draaide de beste liedjes en de drank vloeide rijkelijk .Veel beroemdheden ware aanwezig zoals tv persoonlijkheden, zangers, voormalige missen,.. De kers op de taart was natuurlijk mijn ontmoeting met Olcay Gulsen, de designer van Supertrash. Deze vrouw is super elegant en ik denk dat elke vrouw op deze planeet er van droomt om in haar schoenen te staan. Olcay was echt zo vriendelijk en lief. Ik voel me zo gezegend om uitgenodigd te zijn of dit geweldige feestje en ik krijg nog altijd kippenvel als ik er aan terug denk.
