OUTFIT: Pandora Rosé

NL: Zoals jullie al eerder op de blog konden merken, ben ik een grote fan van het juwelenmerk Pandora. Voor eender welke gelegenheid heeft Pandora het juiste accessoire in petto. Zelf ben ik nogal een fan van gouden juwelen, helaas is dit een dure liefde. Gelukkig beseft ook Pandora dit. Vanaf deze maand kan je ook rosé items verkrijgen, bijzonder chique maar toch betaalbaar. Zelf koos ik voor een nieuw bedeltje om mijn armband te vullen maar je hebt natuurlijk een ruime keuze tussen anders rosé items. Bekijk de volledige collectie hier. 

ENG: I've already mentioned a few times that I'm a huge fan of the jewellery brand Pandora. Pandora offers the right accessory for every occasion. I'm for example always looking for gold jewellery unfortunately gold is quite expensive. Luckily Pandora noticed this too. As of this month rosé items are available as well, very chic and affordable. I opted of a new bead to fill up my bracelet but you have plenty of choice between all the rosé items. Check the full collection here.

OUTFIT: Cold shoulder

NL: De blote schouder topjes; anno zomer 2016 kan je ze niet meer uit het straatbeeld wegdenken. Het is dan ook een subtiele manier om een beetje huid te tonen. Al vallen eerlijk gezegd niet alle topjes even goed mee. Doordat dit topje van een soort katoen is schuiven de arm stukken makkelijk over mijn schouder, byebye blote schouders dus. Plus het kreukt ook redelijk snel. Achja, al doende leert men zeker!? Wel ben ik erg te spreken over de baby blauwe kleur. Om toch wat pit in de outfit te brengen, opteerde ik ervoor om deze top te combineren met mijn leren kokerrok. Wat vinden jullie ervan?

ENG: The bare shoulder top; you can't imagine them not being everywhere in the streets right now. Off-the-shoulder tops are the perfect way to reveal a bit of skin subtly. Although I have to admit that not all of these tops fit perfectly. This top is made of cotton, due to this fabric the pieces on my arm rise on to my shoulder, byebye bare shoulders. It also easily cringes. Well, by trying on different things one learns what fits best I suppose!? I'm pleased about the baby blue shade of this top though. To give this outfit an edgy vibe I decided to combine the top with my leather pencil skirt. How do you feel about my outfit?

OUTFIT: Lace-up bodysuit

NL: De lace-up bodysuit is één van dit it-items voor dit seizoen. Als ik andere meiden er mee zag rond lopen, dacht ik altijd van: wow, dat meisje moet toch veel zelfvertrouwen hebben. En na twee avonden in mijn bodysuit, besef ik dat je wel tegen veel opmerkingen en bekijks moet kunnen. 

De eerste keer droeg ik mijn bodysuit tijdens een avondje uit eten op vakantie met mijn ouders. Misschien niet de meest perfecte gelegenheid maar ik wou toch de test doen. Mijn vader vond het vreselijk om zijn dochter hierin te zien ;-) De tweede keer was voor een avondje uit in Hasselt, ook nu konden mannen niet stoppen met vragen te stellen. Daarom sta ik een beetje twijfelachtig om de bodysuit weer aan te doen. Wat vinden jullie? Bij welke gelegenheid haal ik hem best weer uit de kast?

ENG: The lace-up bodysuit is one of those it-items for this season. Whenever I saw other girls wearing it, I always thought to myself: wow, that girl must definitely have a lot of confidence. And after two nights in my bodysuit, I realise that you have to be able to take quite some remarks and attention. 

The first time I wore my bodysuit for dinner with my parents during out holiday. Maybe not the perfect occasion but I wanted to do the test anyway. My father hated seeing my in a clothing piece like this ;-) The second time was during a night out in Hasselt, again men couldn't stop asking questions about my bodysuit. I was so annoyed by the end of the night that I'm seriously doubting to wear it again. What do you guys think? Which occasion would be better suited to wear the bodysuit again?

OUTFIT: Midnight blue

NL: Shootten in de duisternis is iets wat zelfs veel professionele fotografen vermijden, laat staan dat mijn mama en ik ons hier normaal aan wagen. Tot we plots op vakantie voorbij het schattigste steegje ooit wandelde. Het steegje was ook nog eens omgedoopt tot de Pastastraat. Als echte Italiaanse food lover kon ik dus moeilijk niet door het steegje uit wandelen en foto's maken. Op zich vind ik dat de outfit best nog goed in beeld komt maar dat mijn gezicht wat waziger lijkt. Iemand tips om dit in de toekomst te vermijden?

ENG: Shooting in the darkness is something that even a lot of professional photographers tend to avoid, so you can imagine my mother and I never tried it either. Until we suddenly passed the cutest, little street ever during our holiday. It was even named the Pasta Street. As a lover of Italian food I could not pass this street without taking some pictures. In my opinion the outfit comes across well in the pictures but my face is kind of blurry. Tips on how to avoid this next time anyone?

OUTFIT: Elysée Fashion skirt

NL: Een tijdje geleden was ik uitgenodigd op een privé verkoop van het Belgische merk Elysée Fashion. Ik volg het merk al een tijdje en ben fan van de hippe en betaalbare designs. Ook dit seizoen is er weer heel wat moois: gele bomber vestjes, maxi rokken, destroyed broeken en tassen met cartoon patches op. Maar mijn oog viel vooral op deze zwarte rok met sterretjes op. Het rokje doet mij net een Disney prinses voelen. De koningsblauwe bloes die ik onlangs kocht bij Zara vond ik mooi afsteken tegen het zwart. Wat vinden jullie er van?

ENG: A while ago I was invited to a private sale of the Belgian brand Elysée Fashion. I had been following this brand for a while because I'm in love with their modern and affordable designs. This season's collection is a stunner once again: yellow bomber jackets, maxi skirts, destroyed pants and bags with cartoon patches. But my eye was caught by this black skirt with stars on it. The skirt makes me feel like a Disney princess. The royal blue blouse I recently purchased at Zara is a great match. What's your opinion?

OUTFIT: Looking forward to the future

Life is pretty amazing you know. Lately I have so many exciting things coming my way and I'm very grateful for that. I have some lovely friends who have my back day and night. Some amazing events are on my agenda the upcoming weeks, both personally and blog wise. Next week I'm invited to Firenze4Ever, an event organised by Luisa Via Roma. I can't wait to see the gorgeous city of Florence again. Last year my parents and I visited  Florence during our tour through Tuscany. Who would have thought that in less than a year I would be back!? Like I said: life is pretty amazing and surprises you all the time. But now it's time to talk about my outfit. I wore this ensemble to the Ilovefashionbloggers event in Amsterdam last week. Dutch bloggers are often dressed a bit more eccentric so I wanted to stand out as well but in my own way of course. I opted for my H&M skirt, which you could already spot in this blogpost. I combined it with the one sleeved top from Atelier Fixdesign which I purchased in Forte di Marmi. Another highlight about this outfit is of course my Michael Kors buckle bag, I'm in love with this new baby.

NL: Het leven is soms echt geweldig. De laatste tijd komen er zoveel spannende dingen op mijn pad en daar ben ik erg dankbaar voor. Ik heb enkele geweldige vrienden, die er dag en nacht voor mij staan. Enkele spannende evenementen staan gepland, zowel privé als voor de blog. Volgende week bijvoorbeeld ben ik uitgenodigd voor Firenze4Ever, een event georganiseerd door Luisa Via Roma. Ik kan niet wachten om weer neer te strijken in de prachtige stad die Firenze is. Vorig jaar passeerden mijn ouders en ik er één dag gedurende onze trip door Toscane. Wie had gedacht dat ik in minder dan een jaar tijd er weeral terug zou zijn!? Zoals ik al zei: het leven is best fantastisch en verrast je constant. PS: Als jullie nog tips hebben over Firenze, mogen jullie deze altijd in de comments achter laten.

Maar nu is het tijd om het over deze outfit te hebben. Ik droeg dit ensemble tijdens het Ilovefashionbloggers evenement in Amsterdam afgelopen week. Nederlandse bloggers zijn vaak een tikje excentrieker gekleed en dus wou ik ook op mijn eigen manier er tussen uit steken. Ik ging voor mijn H&M rok, die je al zag voorbij komen in deze blogpost. Ik combineerde dit met mijn top van Atelier Fixdesign, die ik vorig jaar kocht in Forte di Marmi. Een ander hoogtepunt van deze outfit is natuurlijk mijn Michael Kors buideltas. Ik ben echt verliefd op mijn nieuwe baby.
