OUTFIT: The golden streets of Cannes

NL: Jaarlijks strijken talloze filmsterren neer in Cannes en ik snap nu de charmes van deze luxe badstad. De dijk is groots en je kunt er eindeloos over flaneren, genietend van het uitzicht op de prachtige Middellandse zee aan de ene kant en de luxe boetieks aan de andere kant. Je kunt er ook relaxen op één van de veel pittoreske terrasjes en vooral zien en gezien worden. 

Over de outfit dan. Wie deze blog al een tijdje volgt, weet dat ik veel Supertrash draag. Het doorzichtige bloesje komt ook weer van mijn favoriete merk. Wat vinden jullie er van?

ENG: Yearly numerous movie stars come to Cannes and I completely understand now what's so charming about this luxurious sea town. The dike is very grand and I could have strolled on it endlessly, enjoying the view on the  Mediterranean sea on one side and checking out the fancy boutiques on the other side. A lot of people in Cannes pass by their time by enjoying some drinks on one of the many picturesque terraces and the main thing is: look and be looked at.

About this outfit: those who have been following my blog from the start, know that I'm a huge fan of the brand Supertrash. This see-through shirt is one of the many items I own from it. Do you like it?

OUTFIT: Bow tie blouse

NL: Als modeblogger is je wensenlijst wel bijna constant gevuld met trends of items die je wilt hebben. Zo was ik nog op zoek naar een hemd met strikje en een mosterdgeel kledingstuk. Mijn mama wordt soms echt zot van mij als ik zeg voor het shoppen: ik wil dit en dit en dit. Maar mijn mama is de beste en dus trok ze uiteraard weer op pad met mij. Onze favoriete shopsteden zijn Hasselt en Maastricht. Dit door de diversiteit aan ketens en schattige boetiekjes. Wat vinden jullie van mijn outfit?

ENG: As a fashion blogger your wishlist is almost constantly filled with trends or items that you want. During my last shopping trip I was looking for a shirt with a bow tie and a mustard yellow piece of clothing. I drive my mother crazy whenever I go like: I want this and this and this. But my mom is of course the best so she joined me in my search. Our favourite cities to shop in are Maastricht and Hasselt because of the diversity between high street fashion and some lovely boutiques. How do you feel about my outfit?

OUTFIT: Beware of what you wish for

NL: Ik hou van de kersttijd en alles wat er bij hoort: de marktjes, de lampjes en glitters. Afgelopen maand heb ik me dan ook helemaal laten gaan bij H&M. Elk item met een beetje bling bling belandde in mijn winkelmandje. Wat vinden jullie van deze outfit?

ENG: I love Christmas time and everything that comes with it: little markets, lights and glitters. The past month I shopped like a crazy person at H&M. Every item with a tiny bit of bling bling ended up in my shopping bag. How do you feel about this outfit?

OUTFIT: Balmain x H&M

NL: Voor diegene die de afgelopen week op een andere planeet gewoond hebben: Balmain x H&M werd gelanceerd. Ikzelf wist twee items te scoren: de bontjas en een clutch. Dat vroeg natuurlijk om een shoot. De collectie was erg stoer en sexy, daarom koos ik ervoor om deze items te combineren met mijn leren broek. Het derde nieuwe item in deze outfit: zijn mijn korte laarsjes van Zalando.

ENG: For those who lived on another planet the past week: Balmain x H&M hit stores. I managed to score two items: a fur coat and a clutch. Of course I had to shoot these items as quickly as possible. Because the collection was very edgy and sexy, I decided to combine these items with my leather pants. My third new item in this outfit: my new short boots from Zalando.

OUTFIT: Red bow tie blouse

NL: Mijn ouders  gingen op vakantie en brachten mij: onder andere deze blouse van Zara. Voor de rest ook nog enkele nagellakjes, die ik later deze week zal reviewen! Ik kijk niet echt uit naar de herfst. Eigenlijk kan ik maar één pluspunt bedenken en dat is het verwerken van diverse lagen en jassen in outfits. Als eerste echte herfstoutfit haalde ik mijn Zara cape vanonder het stof. 

ENG: My parents went on holiday and brought home: this blouse from Zara. They also bought me some nail polishes, which I will review later this week! I'm not really looking forward to fall. Actually I can think of only one upside and that's working with different layers and coats in outfits. For my first real fall outfit I dusted off my Zara cape.

OUTFIT: Dress up

NL: Eindelijk een nieuwe blogpost na een weekje stilte! Ik heb jullie natuurlijk niet zomaar in de steek  gelaten. Vorige week vertoefde ik in het prachtige Sicilië maar laat meer hierover. Net voor deze vakantie was mijn beste vriendin jarig en dat vroeg natuurlijk voor een speciaal feestkleedje. Het resultaat zien jullie in deze shoot.

ENG: Finally a new blogpost after a week of silence! I didn't just leave you guys like that. Last week I was in gorgeous Sicily but more about this holiday later. Just before I left, my best friend celebrated her birthday. A special occasion needs a special party dress. You see the result in the shoot below.
