NL: Toen ik deze blouse bij H&M zag hangen, was ik niet meteen verkocht eerlijk gezegd. Mijn mama daarentegen wel en zij kocht deze blouse. Eens zij die blouse aanhad, was ik wel overtuigd. Deze blouse heeft niet veel nodig; een simpele jeans en je bent klaar om te gaan. Speciaal voor deze shoot haalde ik ook nog eens mijn Steve Madden hakken uit de kast. Wat vinden jullie van deze combinatie?

ENG: When I spotted this blouse at H&M, it wasn't really love at first sight. My mother did fall in love with the blouse and bought it. Once I saw her wearing the blouse, I was convinced about its beauty. This blouse doesn't need a lot of accessories; a simple jeans and you're good to go. Especially for this shoot I got out my Steve Madden heels again. What to you think about this combo?

FASHION: Girl Power

NL: Hello Girls en boys, hier ben ik weer met een nieuwe blogpost. Bij deze outfit hoort toch wel een serieuzer verhaal dus hou jullie klaar. BEAUTY: Extensions by Besthairbuy

My hair is holy to me. I may wear sport pants and no make-up but as long as my hair looks great, I'll feel great. When I get together with friends and I tell them that I go to the hair dress each week, they look at me as if I'm insane. They start bragging about their super cheap hair dresser and that their hair is done as good as mine. I definitely don't want to sound stuck up but let's be real.. most of the times their highlights or extensions suck big time. I may be more attentive to this because hair is so important to me but don't try to mess with me about this subject ;-)

OUTFIT: Cold shoulder

NL: De blote schouder topjes; anno zomer 2016 kan je ze niet meer uit het straatbeeld wegdenken. Het is dan ook een subtiele manier om een beetje huid te tonen. Al vallen eerlijk gezegd niet alle topjes even goed mee. Doordat dit topje van een soort katoen is schuiven de arm stukken makkelijk over mijn schouder, byebye blote schouders dus. Plus het kreukt ook redelijk snel. Achja, al doende leert men zeker!? Wel ben ik erg te spreken over de baby blauwe kleur. Om toch wat pit in de outfit te brengen, opteerde ik ervoor om deze top te combineren met mijn leren kokerrok. Wat vinden jullie ervan?

ENG: The bare shoulder top; you can't imagine them not being everywhere in the streets right now. Off-the-shoulder tops are the perfect way to reveal a bit of skin subtly. Although I have to admit that not all of these tops fit perfectly. This top is made of cotton, due to this fabric the pieces on my arm rise on to my shoulder, byebye bare shoulders. It also easily cringes. Well, by trying on different things one learns what fits best I suppose!? I'm pleased about the baby blue shade of this top though. To give this outfit an edgy vibe I decided to combine the top with my leather pencil skirt. How do you feel about my outfit?

OUTFIT: Festivalitis

NL: Dit weekend stond mijn eerste festival op de agenda; Pempkes Beatz. Dit is een kleiner festival bij mij in de buurt maar desalniettemin wou ik festival proof op de afspraak verschijnen. Denk hierbij aan lace-up tops, leer, chokers en rugzakken. Wat vinden jullie van deze outfit?

ENG: This weekend my first festival was on the agenda: Pempkes Beatz. This is a smaller festival in my neighbourhood but I wanted to be festival proof anyway. I was thinking lace-up tops, leather, chokers and back packs. Do you like my outfit?

Goeiemorgen lieverds, vandaag beginnen we alweer aan de maand augustus. In juli probeerde ik meer beautyproducten uit en daardoor legde ik minder de focus op outfits shooten. Toch ben ik tevreden met deze vier shoots want het zijn stuk voor stuk unieke outfits en persoonlijk vind ik ze wel geslaagd. Welk outfit is jullie favoriet?
