OUTFIT: H.O.T.T.E.A.

NL: Vorige week konden jullie op de blog al lezen over de nieuwe collectie van Teacups & Dresses. Naast sweaters zitten er ook andere toffe items in de collectie zoals deze "Hottea" muts. In 2015 waren de mutsen al in de mode maar toen miste ik de trein een beetje dus nu wou ik er meteen bij zijn zodra de temperaturen begonnen te dalen. Naast lekker warm is deze deze muts ook super fashionable. Dubbel gescoord dus! Wat vinden jullie van deze outfit?

ENG: Last week I already wrote about the new collection of Teacups & Dresses. There are not only cute sweaters but also other pretty items such as this "Hottea" beanie. In 2015 beanies were all the rage in fashion town but I kind of missed out on that train. I promised myself that I would be the first one to wear a beanie in 2016 and tatata... My T&D beanie is not only super comfy but also very fashionable. What do you think of this outfit?

OUTFIT: Lady in Red

NL: Dit weekend was het zonnetje weer in het land en stonden er een aantal lokale straatfestivals op de agenda. Tijd dus om nog eens een klassevol kleedje uit de kast te halen, dacht ik bij mezelf. Opeens besefte ik dat ik de laatste tijd zoveel basics als broeken enzo gekocht had, dat ik geen nieuwe kleedjes meer in de kast had hangen. Dus haalde ik dit oude exemplaar van Michael Kors uit de kast. Wat vinden jullie ervan?

ENG: This weekend it finally was a bit sunny again and I had some fun local events on my agenda. Time to take those classy outfits out of the wardrobe. Suddenly I realised that I had been so focused on buying basics lately that I hadn't any new dresses. Eventually this old Michael Kors dress was my go-to outfit. What do you think?

OUTFIT: The final countdown

NL:  Morgenavond is het zo ver en vertrek ik op vakantie. Negen daagjes lang ga ik genieten van het mooie weer, lekker eten en ontspanging aan de Franse Riviera. We verblijven in twee hotels: eentje in Frankrijk en eentje in Italië, maar daar vertel ik jullie later nog meer over. Op mijn wishlist staat: Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez en Monaco bezoeken. Hebben jullie tips voor mij?

In deze chique badsteden geldt natuurlijk: zien en gezien worden. Mijn lievelingstas van Chanel, die je in deze shoot ook ziet, kan dus niet in mijn koffer ontbreken. Wat vinden jullie van deze outfit?

ENG: Tomorrow night I'm finally starting my holiday. Nine days long I will be enjoying gorgeous weather, great food and some relaxation at the French Riviera. We will be staying in two hotels, one in France and one in Italy, but I will tell you about both later. On my wishlist: visiting Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Monaco. Do you have any tips for me?

In these fancy sea towns the rule "more is more" of course counts. My favourite Chanel bag, which you can spot in the pictures below, will also go with me to France of course. Do you like this outfit?

OUTFIT: Petit Belge

NL: Het is al weer een maand geleden sinds de verschrikkelijke aanslagen in Brussels. Dagelijks kruisen deze gebeurtenissen nog mijn gedachte en hoe druk je jouw gevoelens uit bij zoiets? Soms is het beter om niet te veel te zeggen en gewoon te doen wat je het beste doet. In mijn geval is dat mode.

Ik schreef al vaker over het merk O'rèn maar eindelijk heb ik ook zo een fel begeerde trui in mijn klerenkast. O'rèn viert het Belg zijn al vanaf hun prille begin dankzij de spreuken op hun kledingitems. Deze "Petit Belge" trui moest ik dan ook hebben. We zijn dan misschien wel hard geraakt als klein land maar we zullen zeker weer harder dan ooit recht veren tegen het terrorisme.

ENG: It's been a month since those horrible terroristic attacks in Brussels. These attacks have been on my mind daily and I don't know how to express my feelings about it exactly, if that is even possible!? I guess sometimes you better keep your mouth shut and do what you do best. In my case that's fashion.

I wrote about the brand O'rèn before and now I can finally call one of their desirable sweaters mine. O'rèn has been celebrating "the being Belgian feeling" from the start off thanks to their quotes on their clothing pieces. This "Petit Belge" sweater was just something I needed to have in my wardrobe. Our small country may have been hit hard but will come back stronger than before and defeat terrorism.

NL: Er is geen beter gevoel in de wereld dan een nieuwe outfit aanhebben.. Of dat vind ik toch allen sinds ;-) Hieronder zie je één van mijn nieuwste aanwinsten waarover ik laaiend enthousiast ben. Deze jurk van Supertrash is echt uniek; hij is mysterieus en sexy tegelijk. Er zijn ook zoveel verschillende mogelijkheden waarop je deze jurk kunt combineren maar vandaag ging ik voor een stoere look.


ENG: There's no better feeling in the world than wearing a new outfit... Or that's at least my opinion ;-) Below you can see one of my latest purchases about which I'm super delighted. This dress from Supertrash is very unique; it's mysterious and sexy at the same time. There are so many different combinations possible with this dress but today I opted for a tough look.
